Frequently Asked Questions
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue is on a single floor and is wheelchair accessible.
Will there be wardrobes?
Yes, there will be wardrobes where you can leave your coats and bags behind. This is also where you can bring any purchases made at the ball with our Valet Shopping Service.
Will there be a shopping area?
There will be a shopping area at the castle. We are currently looking into vendors to fill this area and will post the line-up on our website and socials. If you are a vendor interested in a booth you can contact us using the contact form.
What is the Valet Shopping Service?
To avoid having to dance around the ball while carrying all your purchases, anything you buy can be brought directly to the wardrobes. Here one of our members of staff will take your purchase(s) and carefully place them with all your other stuff. You can pick everything up at once when you’re ready to go.
Is there space to change at the location?
There is no space to change at the location itself, however hotels that are just minutes away by foot can be booked with a discount once a ticket has been purchased.
Which methods of payment are available at the ball?
At the bar (to get drinks) you can only pay using Aetheri coins. These are available to pre-order online (for a discounted price) and you can buy them at the Aetheri merch booth during the ball. At the merch booth you can pay by card, cash or Aetheri coins. The shops in the shopping area will accept cash payments, but some might also accept payment by card.
Will there be space to take a break?
If all the music and dancing starts to become a little overwhelming, we have a room to relax and unwind. There will be board games available for you to play or you can simply take a break on one of the seats. In addition to that, the door to the gardens is open for anyone who would like to get some fresh air.
Where can I find my photos?
The photos that are taken at the castle photo studio during the ball can be found on this website moments after they’re taken. If you would like a physical copy, you can purchase one at the photo stand the entire evening.
Are the tickets refundable?
Once purchased, the tickets are non-refundable.
Which methods of payment are available for the tickets?
Online ticket sales are provided by WeTicket and the accepted methods of payment are iDeal and Bancontact.
